Canada: Good News Story

Through a very solid presentation, Michael Geist delivered an overwhelming amount of evidence of how Canadians continue to make the most out of the web with the advantage that we have a real opportunity to influence the legislation before is too late. Canadian content is all about the "long tail", so there is a very strong incentive for businesses to master the Web 2.0 techniques required to leverage this market.

One example cited is the Canadian Music Creators Coalition gaining enough momentum in just a couple of weeks to catch government attention.

A fast-paced presentation a la "Lessig".
